Icelandair

As a UI/UX Designer on Icelandair’s holiday booking team my role was to design a package booking flow that allowed customers to easily add experiences, rental cars, and other extras to their trip. I also contributed to the creation of Icelandair’s design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across digital touchpoints. In addition, I led user testing sessions gathering direct traveler feedback to refine the design and deliver a smooth, customer-centered booking experience.
